Aftermarket Leather seat covers for SR5

Has anyone changed out their cloth seat covers on an SR5 model for real leather? There is a company in Houston that advertises on Ebay for custom seat covers at a reasonable price. You remove the cloth covers and install their real leather covers. They offer heaters for their seat covers too. I have been unhappy with my cloth seats in my 07 SR5 reg cab and you cannot get leather in a reg cab. My seats collect so much lint they need to be cleaned almost every day. I guess my problem is I live with 2 Dalmatians!!
It would be neat to figure out how the ventillation blowers work too. Wonder if something could be retrofitted possably using 12 volt fans from a computer supply?

I had my done by the dealership before I drove it off the lot. They used a local outfit that uses the Katzkin leather. I don't know how it compares to cloth and I've only had on for about four months, but so far it seems like a pretty good quality.

Oh and not sure about the ventilated seats, that wasn't done. I had that option on my Lexus and wasn't too impressed with it.

I found a good deal on leather but I need to know something very important. The seat cover compamy had the pattern for the Crewmax but not the reg cab. I have a 07 reg cab with bucket seats and console. Are my seats the same as the front bucket seats used on the crewmax? I would think so but I must know before ordering the covers. This dealer wants 350 for a pair of bucket seats and 99 for a pair of heaters for them and 50 for custom embrodery on the headrests. I have to either try to install the covers myself or pay someone to do it for me. These do not go over the factory covers rather they replace the factory covers. These covers are 100% real leather.

You can order full leather from Katzkin and get them embroidered. Might be the same company.

I saw a thread where one guy did their own Katzkin install on their daily driver DC. Took them like a week of afterwork time to put it on themself.

i believe there is only 1 front seat for all tundras but i would make sure you could return them.
for the dog hair, the pledge sweeper works great and i open it up when full and remove the hair or i'd be buying one every week

I had my truck upgraded with leather. My dealership uses a local outfit which uses RoadWire. All of our customer's cars get this leather put in them and it holds up very well, lifetime warranty and you can customize it to what you want. My truck has the light grey interior, well I went with black leather, perforated in the center, with the light grey stitching. Looks great and a fantastic upgrade for your SR5 interior!! If you want some pics let me know. I will shoot some for ya!

So, cloth owners are cheap? Calling us cheap?

Try leather in Arizona once. Nothing like burnt legs and 120 degree heat.

Need proof?

I would also like to convert to leather, but I want to see if I can tap into the factory seat heaters.
