Removing Door Panels In DoubleCab

So this may sound a bit silly, but i recently bought a pair of tow mirrors online and decided to install them after work the other night.

I tried to remove the door panels to access the two screws that were on the bottom. I spent over 1/2 hr to take the panel out on the passenger side, but there was something holding it back (somewhere in the middle near the door lever). So I gave up and had my brother help me pull back the panel near the mirror so I can wedge the wrench in to take nuts out, I got the 2nd one out, on the last one it fell through between the welded sheet metal as it came out.

Long story short, I finish the rest of the install for both mirrors after the mistake, but now the nut is loose in there and when I accelerate/brake or have the sound up, the nut rattles.

Can anyone help me with any advice to remove the panels properly or take the nut out?

Suggestions will be much appreciated...

Found this maybe it will help.

Once you have the screw out and the panel loose, just pull the handle and latch assembly toward the rear. It has three tabs that slide out of the inner steel of the door.

Only the door latch trim has to come off to take the door panel off. You don't need to remove the door latch mechanism and handle.

there are small clips on the upper and lower part of the door latch. on the upper one, its right above the lock switch, and you can slide a very skinny flat screwdriver in there and pry upward. when that one is loose, you can mirror that action for the bottom, directly below the door latch. the little door latch bezel has to come off before you can take the panel off, or you can risk breaking it by just prying on it.

Maybe this will help you find the screws you couldn't find before.
