Finally Posted

I joined this forum quite a while ago. But never got around to posting. I have a little time this morning so here goes.
I have a silver 2007 Tundra 4.7 extra cab. When my camera gets back from the repair shop I'll post a couple pics.
I have made quite a few modifications to my Tundra. Grill, steps, speakers etc. The big thing I added (and love) is a Kenwood DNX 7100. It has the Garmen nav system, bluetooth for my phone and Sirius.
Before I lost my job I worked in California a lot. The garmin comes in real handy driving around strange cities.
Anyway, this place is cool. I have read a lot of posts and learned a lot so far.

Howdy brenner, and welcome to TTZ. As Tony said, we look forward to the pics. And, sorry to hear about you losing your job, and wish you the best in finding another one quickly!

Thanks for the welcome everyone. Still no camera. Maybe this week.

I have 65K on it. Most of it traveling from home to California. Now that my job is over I won't be putting big miles on it. Which is good. I want to keep this one for many years.
Just looked on my computer and found a couple of old photos. These are from last winter. I was working near McCall Idaho.

Thanks. I noticed you have the 5.7. I wish I did. Not because of the towing power. But because it doesn't have a timing belt like the 4.7 does.
My 2002 Tundra needed the $900 timing belt job done at 100K. And right after I did it I traded it in for my 07 Tundra.

Well, you can do like I did - drive it 'til about 89K miles and then trade it in for a 5.7L model!

GL!
