What does it mean?

The response from the link was "no record found" of that VIN # bryker... are you sure it's listed correctly in your post above? Also, you might try using the frame serial number instead (look like FZJ80-0169550).

Is this a vin for a truck that has not yet been delivered?

I think the problem is this is a vin for 2010. I don't think most decoder programs have made the character change (10th letter or number in the sequence) to address 2010 model year. Using this decoder, you get what I think is the right info, except it lists it as a 1980 (clearly there was no 6 sp/v-8 in 1980). Here is what is reads:

Hmmm, that first link says my truck was built 04/07 but I know it was not built until the end of 05/07.
