I only shoot Fed Gold Medal Match out of it, so of course its super sonic. You can still hear the bullet crack, but can shoot without hearing protection.

It helps with the recoil, muzzle jump is practically nil. you can watch the bullet striking the target. POI is changed some, but is the same all the time. I can just dial in the dope for the suppressor and it hits the same place everytime.

HA, you saw right through my baited question, LOL.

That is still one sweet setup, i never thought about it offering some ear protection, that's cool!

I did not even notice the bait lol...

I have 87 title 2 weapons, including MGs, SBS's, SBR's, AOW's, and suppressors.

Suppressors are my fav for sure. With a 22 it sounds like a desktop stapler when it fires. With the Ruger 77/44 shooting a full power 44 mag, it sounds like you just unchucked a tool from an air compressor...but kicks like a real gun.

that's awesome, i never have experienced fring a suppressed arm before. I knew a couple of the PD chiefs over at a little dept just North of you, they would go to their range with a dept issue MP5 suppressed, but dangit never would let me handle it, lol.

I've kicked around the idea of purcahasing one of Paladdin's (sp?) 10-22's with the internal suppress, for hunting rabbits around the ranch, but don't know about spending the extra buck for the license. Is it just the one time tax, or do you do a FFl app.

Its a one time $200 tax stamp. I am not familiar with that brand suppressor. The internal suppressors are quieter, but you can only use it on gun. And the 10-22 is louder than bolt guns, you should also consider getting a muzzle can.

A detachable suppressor threaded 1/2x28TPI then you can use it on other weapons as well.

Guess I ought to chime in here since I've gone to the dark side myself.

I'm now looking at something like the Sig 556 pistol for close in urban and was wondering if any of you might have a better suggestion?
