You sure can. I connected my radar detector to the one on the right.

Sapper, did you end up painting the console? got any pics? how did it turn out? I was thinking of painting mine as well cuz the dumba$$ installer who installed my deck drilled holes for the bluetooth, so I wanna paint it black so you cant see it, plus most of the interior is black so I want it to match... also what paint did you use>?

I have like 12 months of forum reading head start on you. I learned from other people and share what I know. You'll know just as much or more than I know soon enough.

You should see some of the plugs I have found on the truck that go nowhere. Like on the passenger side of the engine compartment, there is a wire bundle. There is a wide flat plug in the middle of the wiring bundle run. That plug has a single purple wire going to it. It plugs into nothing. Tell me what that plug is for and you'll have an answer before I have found it out. My guess is that it's for a european style blinker like you see behind the front wheel in the fender of european cars.
He Tox...i knew you would give me hell about this. lol I told him I wasn't sure and I guess i was wrong. I do learn a lot on here by reading the forums. I don't think i will ever know as much as you since you get drunk and switch stuff on your truck every night lol I have the homelink mirror and that totally slipped my mind. Where does the back up camera monitor install at?

grimmkt is right. The monitor replaces the front sunglasses holder.

Yes. You can install both yourself. You will have to drill a hole in your upper console to run the wire for the screen.

You used to be able to get it either way, flip down or one that stays down. All I have seen lately is the flip down kind.
