Well after work tonightI put the chassi ear on it was tested at 18 degres
so I turned the ear on after the power steering fluid got to operating temp as it turns out my idler pulley is the culprit I took it apart and found the bearings to be dry 4000 miles on it no big deal ran to the dealer and they installed a new one under waranty of course !!! no more wine for me.Now talking to another tech friend of mine he said there only seeing a few like this so this may not be the answer for everyone hope this helps someone out tho!!! I am going to find some better pw steering fluid and suck the system dry and refill it and see if that helps in the cold!! Man I cant wait for summer this winter in wisconsin is getting old

Well that was interesting Mud. Is there a risk of any damage if the idler pulley, whatever that is, is not replaced?
