| I finally got in touch with him. Apparantly they were on vacation. A message at the shop would have been nice. Anyhow, I called to cancel my order and he processed my card, so we'll see what happens. Thanks for offering to help. |

| Polska, I did PM both John and Erik last Friday (August 22) and have not heard from them. Must be the vacation thing, although I agree it would be helpful if an authorized vendor who for whatever reason is going to be unavailable for some period of time would post this fact on TTZ. |

| Well I left several messages and sent several emails to John since the 15th. None of my calls or emails were returned. Although, after stating in a message on the 22nd, I noticed that my credit card had been charged on the 23rd. I filed a dispute today with my credit card company and left a message for John letting them know to cancel my order yet again. I'll just buy my exhaust from somewhere else. |

| John, I sent you the information that you requested.... Here it is... John, The name is Joe **********. I ordered a dual exhaust for my 08 Tundra. It was a Magnaflow system (16865). I left you 9 voice mail messages, sent 6 emails and made over 30 calls. I did not receive any information from you but you still billed me ($656.65). Don't worry about sending the exhaust.
