| I talked to Truxxx, and they relize that they need improvment in there directions. They are working on it now. The kit was well built and I installed the front and rear myself in about 3.5 hours. I found a quicker way to do it without removing as much hardware as all the kits say to do. I'll take some pic and try to do write up. |

| SOME improvement? I got part way into the instructions and was totally lost when it came to some of their instructions. So we just winged it and got it in. Later I found out there was an easier way to do it. Their instructions did not elude to it.

| darn it, i had no way of knowing the tourqe specs so i did all major bolts to 100 ft lbs. i drove 1000 miles at 90 mph!! good thing it held together. most all my older trucks only needed 100 ft lbs for suspension parts not 200+ |

| Figured I'd pull the numbers off the sheets for an easy reference list. Rear Spring U-bolts: 74 ft lbs Front Differential: 89 ft lbs Front Bump Stops: 23 ft lbs Lower Shock Bolt: 144 ft lbs Camber: 207 ft lbs Front Stabilizer Link (lower): 89 ft lbs Front Lower Ball Joint Attachment (x2): 221 ft lbs Lower Control Arm Castle Nut: 123 ft lbs (This just needs to be lined up so the cotter pins hole is even with the nut notches if you use it. Not sure why it has a torque spec.) Did I forget any? |
