ProRyde lift/leveling kits

Anyone have any experience with is kit? I saw it the other night on "World of Trucks". Looks pretty cool.

That is interesting. Haven't seen those before. It would take care of the problem of one side of the truck being higher than the other side of the truck.

When it comes time to level mine, I'll graciously volunteer to be the guinea pig.

So, here is the question. Post install/alignment, and you adjust the lift on the truck, up or down, would that require another alignment? I would guess it would, but I am not sure.....thoughts?

Minor adjustment, not really. You could leave it. Major adjustment, yes, you would need a new alignment.

ProRYDE Lift/Leveling Kits

I'm the guy making the ProRYDE stuff. My '08 Crewmax has been lifted 3.5" in the front using a LIFTmachine adjustable upper strut kit. 1" leaf blocks in the rear. These kits can be installed in their "compact" position to level the truck 2.5", or can be adjusted up to 3.5" if you add the rear blocks. liftALIGN kits are also installed, and keep my handling in-check, without tire wear. Would love to answer your questions!

Great! When the time comes, this will be the kit I put on. I'm sure I will be asking you some questions then. Welcome to the site.

Have you run into any CV joint problems lifting the truck 3.5"? That would be quite the angle on the joint and could lead to early wear.

ProRYDE Kit

Thanks for having me guys-

Interestingly enough, we intentionally did not install the diff. kit to see at what point we screw up an axle. No problems in 6.5K miles and counting, even at the 3.5" lift. The liftALIGN kit has alot to do with it. Happy to answer your questions any time. If we can get something to fail, we have a diff. lowering kit ready to go.
