I'm getting this lift installed next week. Is the differential drop kit that comes with the lift not enough or would you recommend they cut the cross frame support? TIA.

Don't take this as a fact, but I think anything over 3" have to have crossmember cut. I'm sure someone else will tell you for sure though.

update: I had the pure performance kit removed and a pro comp kit put on. the pp kit rode horribly and the uca constantly hit on the ball because of the angle of them. every little speed bump or crack in the road was felt and not to mention the truck sounded like a 20 year old ford coming down the road. poor design imo. rushed to the market without fully thought out. 4wheelparts warned me before i put this kit on and they were right. i do not recommend this kit. go for the extra money and get the 6in kit put on if you want 35's it will drive so much better.

The kit came with a dif drop but i have a 2wd so didn't use it. but i was told by 4wheelparts the place that put on my kit that this kit would not be good to put on a 4x4. the dif drop isn't enough and it puts your cv's at a horrible angle. not to mention what i mentioned above about the angle of the uca's on any truck.
