Where to take measurements????

I'm thinking about trying to level out my '10 DC 4x4. Where am I supposed to measure from/to to make sure I order the right parts? And will this mess up the front CV joints on the 4WD system?

Thanks in advance.

Steve

Measure? Um, you could park the truck on a level surface (garage?) and put a level on the frame and jack the front till level. Then see how much you jacked the front up. Should be 2.5". Some put on a 3" front, 1" rear to get a slight bit of rake and fit bigger tires.

As long as you put in the differential drop kit, then your CV angles should still be within safe angles.
