| can I drill a hole in the back of the pocket and fish the wire through to the side and kick panel. The toyota harness I got is to short to get to that pocket hole so I will have to extend it . The way the dash goes straight down so far it is hard to set that ps3 that far down to allow it to be horizontal.

| I pulled the pocket out. Open up both cigarette lighter holes, put a thumb in each one, and pull. It will pop right out. Mark where the plug will hit the back of the pocket and use a dremel to cut the opening. If you don't have a dremel, you can drill the opening with a large drill bit and make 2 holes beside each other. I used a heavy duty 2" wide velcro to attach the controller to the top of the pocket. That velcro is pretty tough stuff and holds really well. Hasn't moved yet. |
