The $270 for their p/n PT233-34070 Rear Back-Up Camera System is for the tailgate handle and rear camera only. It does not include the p/n PT233-34070 Rear Back-Up Camera System that you also need to buy for $299. You need to buy both if you want the camera and the monitor in the overhead console.

The good thing about them selling it separate is that you can buy just the camera and then it will work on an after market NAV unit or large screen stereo. I just got my camera in and need to get a bezel and decide on a NAV unit.

Toyotapart is in Kalamazoo, MI, and has great deals on accessories and OEM fogs, and TRDParts is located in Dallas and has good deals on anything OEM, minus accessories ie, quarter panels, ECMs, etc).

The deck rail should be very simple to install. I wondered how much I would use it when I got it. I have found myself using the movable deck rail cleats all the time and haven't used the corner tie downs at all.

I know it will get plenty of use, I just wanted to wait until I got the bed sprayed so the bolts would only ever be threaded once.
