i went in yesterday afternoon .....it only took the tech about ten minutes to bolt in the CAI....

this CAI is incredible , from the fit and finish to the 100,000 mile filter , and the sound .....wow

on the way home from Volant on the 10 freeway , i was following a tundra that looked to be a few years old , the driver had his window down with his arm resting on the door (this is the cool part) the lane to the left opened up and i put it to the floor , the sound of the 5.7 with the Volant CAI scared the crap out of the poor guy....he gave me the thumbs up and asked me what the heck was under the hood......i told him VOLANT...

i want to thank Danny and the guys at Volant , from now on every truck i own will have a Volant CAI under the hood..

So does it completely cover the hole in the fender well? Some of the other members with 07-08's have found they don't completely line up with the hole.
