That is exactly what I did.

First off, I recommend that you start all bolts loosely at first until all are started, first starting with the center top screw, then the back (firewall side), then the front screws (radiator side). Once everything is started, snug them all down in the same order as I mentioned above. Works great for me!

EDIT: sorry, didn't go to the end of the thread and didn't see the other posts before I posted!

Well my intake was shipped out Monday, got the tracking, and it was scheduled to be here today. All excited this morning I plan to leave work early so I can put on the intake, go to track it and find out the delivery has been rescheduled and it won't be here till Monday. Really disappointed, but my Top Gunz level kit will arrive the same day, hopefully I can knock them both out at once.

Volant might take 30 minutes. Level kit will take 3-5 hours depending how fast you work.

Got mine in last night and installed this afternoon, thanks Danny and TTZ. Went on well, but like most I had a few issues. In order to get the screws for the air duct to line up I had to shave off some of the plastic on the air duct where the round piece turns flat. Plus the filter box lid doesn't fit well, I am able to get all the screws on but the side that only has two screws is bowed up and there is a small gab, nothing a little weather stripping wont take care of. It's alot louder than I thought, I love it! Feels a little more beefier too.... very happy!

same here i actully got mine on on the 14 last tuesday ard 6pm and couldn't wait for my brother to help me install it did it in about an hour the only issue was mounting that bottom bolt that holds the intake inplace i i made a little mistake by putting the spacer on the bottom bolt to hold it instaed of the top where it was supposed to be installed. I even made the little lady help me install it and got her hands dirty for a change lol
