After my first fillup, my mileage is down .5mpg. I'm not sure, but I think I can account for that amount just from the fact that lately I've been running the AC full blast a lot due to the 100 degree heat. I've been playing tennis quite a bit and the last few times I've played in the middle of the day, the truck temp guage has read well over 100.

I also have not reset the computer, so it may need another tank to adjust. If my next tank is lower as well and doesn't show any improvement, I will reset the computer. If that still doesn't help I will be selling it.

He's a forum sponsor. I believe he will sell and ship to members if you ask him to.

Ask him. You could always take a road trip to his shop and pick up a set.

Don't give up quite yet Kevo. I have experienced some ups and downs on my Volant also, but have figured out that in the long run, my mpg is about the same, maybe a skosh higher. I also figured out resetting the computer seems to help quite a bit for at least a few tanks.

I've installed mine, and have seen an increase in mileage (.5mpg) for interstate driving, taking me to 18mpg. Don't know about around-town yet (and won't for a while). Could it be that you like the sound of the intake, and thus are giving more throttle so you can hear it? That will hurt mileage.
