If you can't get both tires to spin, hit the button once. That will turn off the throttle nanny and leave on the LSD. It will heat up the brakes, but both tires will spin. And now, other people's videos. Here's a nice 4x4 one on ice: Dry pavement:

The shop manual says that if you are "VSC off" mode and the yellow VSC off light is blinking, the truck detects a malfunction in one or a combination of the following systems. ABS and Brake assist, EBD(electronic brake force distribution), TRAC/ATRAC, ALSD or VSC. Now if you turn off the truck, and start it again, your VSC is on by default. If the light is still flashing in this mode, it narrows the problem down a little, but it is still one of systems mentioned above that is malfunctioning and it means a trip to the dealer. Usually you will also have ABS or other lights on as well, as most of these systems work together.
